Spanning the entire 82nd floor of Eureka Tower's golden crown, E82 is one of Melbourne’s most expensive penthouses. Krongold’s trusted, specialist build team was the natural choice to deliver a highly considered design without disruption to surrounding residences. An elite group of master craftsmen were selected to work on the 676sqm residence which featured polished plaster wave walls, Italian travertine marble floors, metal coffered ceilings, bespoke leather and stone wall panels, a 1300 bottle wine cellar, luxury spa, cocktail bar and home theatre. The fully automated penthouse included iPads to every wall, offering advanced climate, lighting and security control.
Krongold Constructions have completed a full fit out of the Level 82 Eureka Tower for our family, finished on time, on budget and to the highest standard. The KCA team was professional, courteous and highly efficient, notwithstanding the limited access and the challenging nature of the project
