An exceptional design by SJB has received widespread recognition for its considered response to its environment. Presiding over 11 hectares of landscaped gardens on one the highest points on the peninsula, this exceptional scope of work ran across 2 levels and 14,000 square feet of living zones. The build featured the symmetrical installation of full height, rammed earth walls using local earth and clay bricks made on site. To take in the ocean views, the rear facade features expansive walls of customised glass also used to border a large, internal open-air courtyard. The residence received customised finishes of the highest standard, from spotted gum flooring and ceiling linings, to natural stone features and bespoke cabinetry and included 5 kitchens, an elevator, home theatre, indoor swimming pool and wine cellar.
